Caleb has crafted a delightful medley that includes Danse Russe (Trepak), God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen, and Hark the Herald Angels Sing. Techniques include Ring (of course), mart, mart-lift, mallet, TD, Pl, and shake. Caleb describes this work as “a holiday mash up in rondo form!” He went on to write: "Danse Russe Trepak" from the Nutcracker as it's A section material, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen, as the first episode in the B section, and then a rhythmically fresh and grand treatment of Hark the Herald Angels Sing for it's C section material. That C section is my favorite part of the arrangement. I just kinda let it rip with cascading bells and the full instrument playing from G1 - E8.
And there you have it! An amazingly fresh, delightful, and creative work for your holiday repertoire!
