Malcolm Wilson is the director of the handbell program at Dunblane Cathedral in Dunblane, Scotland, and is a published arranger and composer of many handbell titles. He is a member of ASCAP, the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers. He taught in Primary Schools for 20 years, as classroom teacher and in promoted posts.
