“Alleluia” is the third of a 3-movement religious motet written in 1773 for a ‘castrato’ solo accompanied by oboes, bassoon, horns in F, and strings. Martha Lynn has arranged this for a small ensemble featuring the solo played on flute or other C-instrument. The bell score is rung throughout and there are no dynamics or tempo variations. The lyrical beauty and uplifting mood will bring a festive spirit to worship and concert alike.
