It is grounded by a pedal bass line while the rhythm is driven by a Ring/staccato/rest/Ring pattern – and variations thereof that will keep toes tapping throughout. The director may select the preferred stopped techniques. There are nicely-placed shakes, marts, and LV passages plus an engaging melody line featured in the higher bells which will live on after the piece ends.
