This exciting Toccata, originally written for organ, is typical in that top treble ringers will be busy with sixteenth note patterns while the other parts provide the foundation in some of the work. A lovely Rung Andante cantabile expressivo part will keep all ringers fully engaged with expressive nuances, and Jeff suggests some groups may want to choose handchimes in this section. A nice segue back to the original theme leads to theexciting Allargando e maestoso ending. This is a wonderful title that Level 3 and higher groups will enjoy ringing!
